Mexican Beans (200g)

Beans were a staple in my house growing up. Having a Mexican background definitely helps when it comes to making foods that are naturally bland into something incredible!

Ingredients: Olive Oil, Red kidney beans, Brown Onion, Jalapeno pepper, Garlic, Tomato, Pink salt, Chilli powder, Cumin, Fresh coriander, Lime juice.

Health Benefits: Kidney beans are packed with protein, fiber, folate (vitamin B9), magnesium and potassium.
