What is Plant Based cooking you may ask?

A plant based cooking focuses on only or mostly foods from plant sources.

Plant based eating is known to;

Lower risk of heart disease and other conditions
  • stroke.
  • high blood pressure.
  • high cholesterol.
  • certain cancers.
  • type 2 diabetes.
  • obesity.

A plant based diet also focuses on healthful whole foods, rather than processed foods.

In this class we will be focusing on using fruits, vegetables, legumes, seeds, nuts, healthy fats, whole grains, and plant based milks to make some healthy, delicious, and super simple meals and snacks.

Lunch will be provided.
