She will also demonstration how to care for you kombucha scoby & kefir grains (you get to take your own home!) and show you how easy it is to add these amazing super powered ingredients into your everyday life.
Chef Audrey will then demonstrate easy to go to and gut friendly snacks and show you how easy it can be to food prep on a tight schedule. Food prep is the key to success in achieving health goals.
